Kickboxing is a standup contact sport which had its origin from karate and Thai boxing which involves kicking and punching. This is mainly played for general fitness and to improve self defense. This game had its prominent origin in Japan and later developed by Americans with the enforcement of muay thai, savate which widened the nature of game played. Though a single international governing body is not present for this game, several separate bodies like ‘world association of kick boxing’ are present. The rules are similar to which followed in muay thai which involves five rounds of 3 minutes each involving upper and lower kicks and knee strikes and various punch forms. Apart from attacking, there are defensive forms like slipping, bobbing &weaving and clinching involved in this game. In kickboxing punches and kicks are held in closer esteem with different scoring patterns allotted by the referee.

BASEBALL
Baseball is a bat and ball game played by nine players in each team which involves mere scoring runs unless three outs are made by the opposition side followed by the side change. The runs are counted when players complete a run up in all four positions including the home pitch arranged in a ninety foot square and the outs are counted by throwing the ball before the player reaches those positions. A formal game consists of nine innings and the winner is declared with the maximum scored point result .If the score of the game is tied after nine innings, extra innings are played to resolve the contest. The game involves bat made of single solid piece of wood and the ball is made cork center, wound in yarn and covered in white cowhide and the glove is made of padded leather with webbing between the fingers. Protective helmets are also standard equipment for all batters. Base ball is like a culture in America where the game had its origin and it is played with a lot of saber metrics which improved the game’s nature.

RAFTING
Rafting is a leisure sport performed in white and hard waters with the concept of thrilling the players. Designated to be an extreme sport, this game involves an inflated raft being pushed with pedals and the force of flowing water. The rafting skills and the nature of game depend on the grade of water where the grade increases in proportion with the difficulty of the game. The typical raft is 11 feet long and 8 feet wide which accommodates a minimum of 15 people. Several techniques like punching, high sliding, capsizing & re righting are used which makes this game more interesting. Safety is considered as a primary thing when comes to rafting which can be obtained with the guidance of experienced person in addition to the life jackets and other guards.

ICE HOCKEY
Ice hockey is a sport played on icy rinks with a puck being directed to the goal post with sticks as played in hockey. This is a kind of national sport in Nordic countries which hosts this form of game due to its aplomb weather conditions. International ice hockey federation(IIHF) governs the membership of 68 nations in this sport with all time winners emerging out of the above said countries. Since it is an offside game, where players move forward at higher speeds, injuries are surplus which can be managed with defensive jackets and guards. The game involves 6 players on each side including the goaltender stacked into forward and defensive positions. Under IIHF rules, each team may carry a maximum of 20 players and two goaltenders on their roster. Penalties are offered to players involving in misbehavior which ranges from 2-5 minutes take off from the play. Several clubs are present all over the world encouraging this sport and making it a winter culture of several nations.
