Increased pressure levels

Isolated systolic hypertensionImage via WikipediaHypertension usually arises due to increased pressure levels created in the inner layer of blood vessels due to the pumping of blood in the arteries to the body organs. Blood pressure is usually classified based on the systolic and diastolic blood pressures. Systolic represents the blood pressure in the vessels during heartbeat and the latter one stands for the pressure between two heart beats. Hypertension has several sub-classifications including, hypertension stage I, hypertension stage II, and isolated systolic hypertension.

Each type has its own medication which lowers the pressure by clearing the sedimentation of the cholesterol molecules inside the blood vessels. A regular diet habit followed by exercise program helps every one to reduce the blood pressure in substantial days and gives a relief from heart related problems which are primary. Hypertension tablets has to be taken on the advice from the physician which if not carried properly will result in serious health problems including low heart beat rate which leads to even death.
